At Strive, we believe the foundation of success comes through our Assess, Coach and Educate approach to personal training.

Assess
Prior to starting our first personal training session, we test our clients to establish a performance baseline and to set individualized training programs to improve skills and help them achieve specific performance goals. Throughout their training, we test our clients to measure their performance improvements and track their progression.  Our clients evaluation process allows us to measure performance results, to set new testing standards. 

Coach
It’s all about coaching. Strive has assembled some of the top, most experienced coaches in the country to develop the fitness results possible. Education and experience are married together at Strive. If you want to excel at your attaining a new fitness level, Strive is the place for you!

Educate
Thousands of our clients have taken advantage of our individualized training programs to enhance their fitness, aesthetics and overall health. Our clients go through comprehensive programming to enhance their performance, biomechanics, strength, cardio fitness, recovery, and nutrition and are taught how their body works and how to maximize their fitness potential.

DO I NEED TO GET IN SHAPE BEFORE STARTING?

One of the things we hear all of the time is that “I need to get in shape before I start personal training.” Unfortunately, most people either never get started or injure themselves in the process. We can get you started safely and efficiently by designing a program to help maximize your workouts while minimizing your risk to injury.

IS THERE A LIMIT TO USE MY SESSIONS?

We have clients that schedule with us daily and have clients that only see us monthly. We provide you with the flexibility to schedule your personal training sessions around your schedule and based on your needs.

STEP ONE

INITIAL CONSULTATION

A free initial consultation is set up with your Coach to determine your goals, expectations and desired timeline for achieving to objectives. This gives your Coach the opportunity to begin the program planning process to maximize your results. Once a desired training package is determined, the client is set up on the Strive Trained app. From here, the first session is scheduled with your Coach based on your availability and your desired training frequency.

STEP TWO

YOUR FIRST SESSION

During your first session, your Coach will have you complete a series of physical tests to assess your current physical condition. Your Coach will also ask you about your current dietary habits as well as address any previous injuries you may have experienced. An introduction to your fitness game plan will be provided during your first session as well.

STEP THREE

ON GOING TRAINING

While training with your Coach, you will be provided with comprehensive instruction in the areas related to exercise technique, conditioning, mobility, core strength, nutrition and movement. Assessment will be conducted on a regular basis to ensure benchmarks are being met. If you are needing a Coach to enhance speed, agility and sport specific skill work, instruction can be completed during your training sessions.

STEP FOUR

HOMEWORK

You will be provided with homework from your Coach in order to maximize the impact of your training. Homework consists of supplemental workouts, documenting nutritional habits and mobility work. The Strive Trained app is utilized here to keep track of the successful completion of the home work provided.
